NORTH EAST FEMINIST GATHERING 2014 PRELIMINARY PROGRAMME

NEFG is for all women.

Each workshop does not necessarily reflect the views of women involved in the organising of the gathering. We aim to create a safe space for healthy and diverse debate.

Full gathering and workshops are subject to change, some titles are provisional at present.

Throughout the gathering the NEFG team will be working to ensure interesting and accessible spaces for women to reflect, create, relax, dialogue and connect, including… Feminist Creative Space.

Open Mary!

It has become an NEFG tradition that on the Saturday evening,
women attending are invited on stage to 'do a turn'. This can
be a song, poem, story, tune, a bit of standup, interpretive
dance, juggling, anything.

NEFG women tend to be a highly talented bunch. To encourage
you to share your talents, this year, a group of us will be around
at lunchtime and after the day's event to help you hone your
performance or hear a read-through, etc.
